Join the Symphony in exploring the self-destructive passions and psychology of Symphonie Fantastique, Berlioz’s transformative 1830 masterpiece. Psychedelic obsessions and a fixated love interest drive the intrigue of this huge work that changed the landscape of Symphonic music. The program also features the flashy and virtuosic Trumpet Concerto of Alexander Arutunian, featuring IFS Principal Trumpet Andrew Allphin.
