Romantic Passions

Saturday, November 5th, 2016
7:30pm, Idaho Falls Civic Auditorium
Pre-concert Discussion starting at 6:30pm
Featuring Arnaud Sussmann, violin

Jean Sibelius                              Violin Concerto in D Minor, Op. 47
Johannes Brahms                       Symphony No. 4 in E Minor, Op. 98

Acclaimed violinist Arnaud Sussmann steps in for an indisposed Jennifer Frautschi to perform the brooding and romantic Violin Concerto of Jean Sibelius. The program pairs the intensity of the solo concerto with the joyful warmth and sweeping melodies of Brahms’ Fourth Symphony. Don't miss an unforgettable evening of artistry.

Arnaud Sussmann will give a Violin Masterclass to undergraduate students at BYU-Idaho in Rexburg on Friday, November 4th at 3:00pm. The event is free and open to the public.
